Keeping the CIO Position Relevant – Part 1

Today, we talk about how to keep the CIO position relevant in your organization as information and technology becomes more of a commodity, and for those organizations without a CIO, why that is and how to change it.  While this post is a couple of years old now that it is 2011, much of the information can still hold value for you.

As always, I want to hear your comments and any thoughts you have on how to make technology a true part of the executive table, so please email me at spencer@itpodcast.org or post your comments right here.
