Although I am not actively looking for a new job, I am always interested in opportunties that may arise in our world of healthcare IT. I have always kept myself open to new ways to grow and learn, and I have never regretted doing that because it makes me a much more effective CIO because I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly over the last 18 years.
